The hotel offers neat and clean rooms that are spacious, with very nice service including prompt drop-offs by the manager. The location is good and convenient for transport, although the dining options could be expanded. Overall, it's a pleasant stay with good value for money.
I had a bit of a struggle going back and forth to the reception to recharge, but overall, the room was spacious and comfortable. The staff, especially Ganesh and Prem, were incredibly courteous and helpful, understanding our travel fatigue. The location is convenient, right on the main road and near the metro station, making transportation easy. The buffet had a good variety of food options, catering to both vegetarian and non-vegetarian preferences.
The hotel has cozy rooms but needs proper toiletry filling. They are old, lack amenities, smell of moisture, and poorly maintained. The service is top-notch but there were issues with payment processing. The location is convenient, close to transport options. The dining offers a good variety but needs better presentation. Overall, a mixed experience with room for improvement.
